Used toilet paper roll in the toilet?!?. We are a couple and specifically requested to have a large bed. Regardless we were offered two separate beds. When asked to change the room, the receptionist, showed me that there were no such rooms available. I asked about a room upgrade and it turned out that for 10 extra euros there were rooms with two separate beds next to each other.

Very nice open restaurant at the lake with nice summer atmosphere and friendly prices for drinks.
Very brief welcome when check-in, without providing automatically basic information related to hotel services, especially opening hours of restaarant and breakfest period. Less flexible personnel in a bar in hotel lounge.

At 23.30 the 3rd bed was inexistent even if we asked for it.The laundry smells and the windows didn,t closed well. the 3 rd bed was made by us!
